What We Do

CLEANING TASKS CONSIDERED LEVEL 1:

MAIN AREAS:

Light dusting.

Wiping and sanitizing desktops and chairs.

Furniture surfaces.

Visible cobwebs.

Touching up glass (fingerprints or pet nose prints).

Vacuuming carpets.

Sweeping and mopping stairs.

Polishing stainless steel bannisters or glass partitions (Commercial).

Sweeping and mopping hard floors.

Wiping door handles.

Making up beds.

Cleaning the inside and outside of garbage/recycle bins.

Removing garbage/recycling to the property owner’s designated disposal area.

Cleaning the interior of windows no higher than 12 feet.

Residential Clients. Some exterior windows can be cleaned under the following conditions: the height of window is no greater than 12 feet, and a proper/safe ladder or step stool is provided by the client. All exterior residential window cleaning will require additional time and charge.

BATHROOMS:

Cleaning and disinfecting toilets inside and out.

Cleaning and disinfecting tubs/showers.

Polishing mirrors, Tubs, showers.

Cleaning and disinfecting sinks and exterior countertops and exterior cabinets.

KITCHENS:

Wipe and sanitize cabinets and handles.

Wiping tables and chairs and chair bases.

Wipe/polish the exterior or top of fridges, stoves, dishwashers.

Cleaning microwave inside and out.

Washing dishes or loading dishwashers

Exhaust hood exterior.

 Removing garbage and recycling to property owner’s designated disposal area.

CLEANING TASKS CONSIDERED LEVEL 2:

Interior of appliances and cabinets. Including: fridges, stoves, and dishwashers.

Washing walls, and baseboards.

Sweeping walkways and entrances that are within 6 feet of the building.

Washing exterior full sized windows and window ledges (No higher than 12 feet).

Cleaning blinds.

Shampooing carpets. Note: a basic shampoo or extraction comes with a higher charge for time and supplies including the rental of any equipment.

Light Fixtures – done only with specific instructions and cleaning consultation.

Cleaning unfinished basements/rooms.

Clean out and/or change cat litter boxes. Note: * No pregnant persons employed by 3 Sisters will perform this duty.

High dusting.

Strip, wax, and/or buff floors (commercial only).

Some exterior power-washing available for commercial clients.

TASKS NOT PERFORMED BY THIS CLEANING COMPANY:

Tile or floor/grout restoration of any kind.

Advanced odor elimination - esp. porous surfaces such as wood, drywall, fabric and other surfaces where the odor has migrated into the material and cannot be eliminated with a level 2 clean, and without strong commercial grade chemicals. Note: some Levels of cleaning and odor elimination may require Level 3 (restoration clean) or higher (Extreme/crime scene clean), which this company does not provide.

Advanced stain removal - esp. with aforementioned porous surfaces.

Working with exposed fiberglass, asbestos, uncovered insulation, lead based paints, broken wood or glass, exposed nails, or unpainted drywall.

Advanced landscaping.

Working at heights with either a scissor lift or platform esp. to clean windows. Note: we have specialized equipment that can reach up to 2 floors allowing window washing from the ground. This type of clean comes with higher charge for time and supplies.

Severely nicotine-stained surfaces.

Severely animal stained services: cat or dog urine-soaked carpets.

Cleaning with harsh chemicals such as bleach and/or other corrosives in residential homes without a legal waiver provided by the contractor and signed by the client. Some substances may be used for commercial properties only by consultation in writing with the owner/operator and/or manager of operations for the commercial entity.

Mold or mildew conditions.

Any environment considered to be infested by rodents or insects esp. bedbugs, ticks, fleas, insect larva, or animal droppings that are deemed by The Contractor to pose a health risk to workers.

Any substance that is considered to be a biohazard or deemed unsafe by The Contractor upon consultation. For example: bodily fluids esp. blood, vomit, human or animal excrement (some exceptions i.e. confined to litter boxes), or oral expectorant.

Homes or commercial spaces that have excessive clutter and pose a safety hazard.

Any area deemed a hoarding environment by The Contractor upon consultation.

Fireplaces or chimneys.

Cleaning a motor vehicle.

HVAC systems or registers/vents, apart from light dusting and a change of filter.

Cleaning a toilet without a toilet brush provided by the client (residential).

Off-site laundry services.

Lifting anything heavier than 50 lbs.

To avoid damage to client property, we do not clean electronic equipment of any kind including flat screen televisions, computer monitors and the like apart from light dusting.

Working in homes or commercial spaces with unrestrained, or aggressive dogs/animals.

Working under unsafe conditions of any kind as deemed so by The Contractor.

ADDITIONAL TASKS THAT MAY BE DONE WITH CONSULTATION

Laundry for the elderly or infirmed with specific instructions (residential).

Cleaning a residential garage. (Some exceptions).
