Additional Minor Maintenance Duties:

Depending on the contract we offer some additional minor maintenance duties such as:

Minor Repairs – Fixing small plumbing issues (e.g., leaky faucets), replacing light bulbs, or patching minor wall damage.  Adjusting wobbly chairs, tables, or shelving.

Restocking Supplies – Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet paper, and other consumables.

Exterior Window Cleaning - Windows that are no higher than 12 feet with a ladder provided by the client.

Furniture Moving & Setup – Rearranging office furniture or setting up meeting rooms.

Ceiling & Vent Cleaning – Removing dust and debris from vents, ceiling tiles, and light fixtures.

Emergency Cleanup – Handling spills, leaks, or post-construction cleanup. ***Does not include BIOHAZARDOUS material.

Minor Landscaping - snow shoveling and salting walkways in the winter, and some power-washing of outdoor spaces.

Security Checks – Locking doors, setting alarms, and reporting security concerns after cleaning.

Floor Maintenance - Floor scrubbing and carpet shampooing.

Some maintenance duties fall under Level 2 Cleaning Tasks and are subject to additional hourly fees. For example, a client may request that a refrigerator be cleaned out weekly or monthly. This task is typically added to a monthly invoice as part of the negotiated flat fee or billed separately as an additional hourly charge. Each contract is customized to meet the client's specific needs.
